This place is okay. I feel like the prices are pretty high for the small portions. The food was decent, but nothing special. Each plate was $16+. The flavor was there for most dishes. We tried to Banh Canh Cua but it was not good. The soup wasn't rich like it usually is. The pork didn't taste very fresh. If I were to recommend anything, I would only recommend the Bun Thit Nuong. The service was good though. The waiters were all accommodating to our bigger party. Overall, this restaurant is average.

Coming from San Diego, I've only tried Banh Canh Tom Cua ONCE and I was instantly in love with the dish. I randomly yelped this place while I had a stay in Anaheim area and decided to try it out as I thought their Banh Canh looked the best! Service was fast, we got seated right away as it wasn't too busy arriving around 3pm. The only con I have about the service is once they give you your food, they don't come to check back on their customers again or bother to refill your water lol! If the workers were more attentive to their customers, which that'd be the only fix they need, I'd give my whole rating 5 stars but because of that, I give them a 4. The ambiance was very bright, with modern seating and booths, and overall restaurant was beautiful! Very comfy setting. Now the FOOD... Ordered the Banh Canh Tom Cua as well as their Egg Rolls. This is probably the best banh canh I've had to date. It's so flavorful, the noodles were perfect and not over cooked or soft. My favorite meat in there was the viet fish cake I believe, it was so damn good!!! I wish there was more than 2 pieces of it in my soup haha. The shrimp, real crab meat, quail eggs, etc were all cooked to perfection too and tasted so good. You could really taste the seafood in it. They also had chili oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, etc for condiments on the table. I did add the chili oil to my banh canh the make it spicy and just beware, the chili oil is VERY spicy, so definitely less is more when adding that if you enjoy spice. As for the egg rolls... Man, they made these rice paper egg rolls on point! So hot, fresh, and crunchy. Paired well with a lettuce wrap and their fish sauce dip. They're the best rice paper egg rolls I've had, also because they weren't soggy coming out the kitchen. I definitely would come back to this place again, maybe to even try more of their dishes! Just bring a hydro flask or jug of water with you incase they don't come back to refill your water after serving you and you're good! LOL, but all jokes aside, DK Cuisine is a 9/10 in my book & I'll be back! :)

It's hard to find a place that serves good bun cha Ha Noi. The meat patty is so hard to get right. Sometimes they put too much garlic. Other times, it's too dry or salty. But this place got it right! The food is spot on and it's amazing! I didn't order the other dishes so I can't say, but the Bun Cha was very good. In fact, I think most customers ordered this while I was there. This is a good green light, Thinsulin approved meal. The service here is typical of Vietnamese restaurant. I will definitely come back to eat here in the future.

I got the banh canh tom cua, Vietnamese udon. The portion was good. Also added Banh quay, Chinese donut. It soaked up all the broth. Super flavorful. Came with qual egg, crab meat, shrimp, pork, and mushroom. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Broth was thick. It stayed hot the entire time I ate it. My partner got the com bo luc lac, shaken beef. I tried the rice and it was good. Tasted like it was cooked in chicken broth or something.

My friend's craving for banh canh led us to this homey restaurant! Luckily, there was no wait to be seated, and service was incredibly speedy.  We ordered the Banh Canh Tom Cua (Seafood Vietnamese Udon Soup) and Bun Vit Sao Mang (Duck Bamboo Noodle Soup.) Both of the broths tasted a bit too light for our liking, but the portion sizes left us quite full! Would love to try their Bun Cha Ha Noi next time :)

I had little time to eat and decided to come here. The food came out in 5 minutes so super quick with hot soup. The food was delicious. The restaurant also provided plenty of vegetables. I definitely want to come to eat other dishes as well since the bun rieu was fantastic that include a crab cake, several juicy tofu, two pork blood cubes. I also ordered a side of snails. The food total come out to be $18
